Delete Dubbadhu data or account
This page explains how users of the Dubbadhu app (operated by Afaan LLC) can request deletion of personal data — including some or all data without deleting their account — or request full account deletion. You do not need to reinstall the app.
1. Request data deletion (keep your account)
To ask us to delete some or all of your personal data while keeping your Dubbadhu account:
- Email support@afaantech.com with the subject line Delete my Dubbadhu data.
- Include the phone number on your Dubbadhu account (the number you use to sign in).
- Tell us what you want deleted (for example: all personal data we can remove while keeping the account; voice/audio training data; optional email; lesson discussion posts).
What we can delete (account kept)
- Optional profile details such as name or email (where provided)
- Audio or voice recordings collected with training consent, if you withdraw consent or ask us to delete them
- Lesson discussion posts associated with your account (where applicable)
- Other personal data we hold that is not required to keep your account working
What we may keep while your account remains open
- Sign-in identifier (phone number) and account credentials needed to operate the account
- Core learning progress needed to provide the service, unless you also ask us to reset or remove specific progress data we can safely remove
- Limited records required by law or for fraud prevention, accounting, or subscription compliance
2. Delete your entire account
To delete your Dubbadhu account and associated personal data:
- Email support@afaantech.com with the subject line Delete my Dubbadhu account.
- Include the phone number associated with your account.
- Confirm that you want the account and associated personal data deleted.

What we delete with account deletion
- Account and profile information (phone number, name, email if provided)
- In-app progress and usage data tied to your account
- Lesson discussion posts associated with your account (where applicable)
- Audio or other content you submitted, except where a separate legal retention requirement applies
What we may retain after account deletion
- Transaction or subscription records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
- Records of the deletion request itself
Deleting your Dubbadhu account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel auto-renew in your store subscription settings.
3. Timeline
After we verify your request, we delete or anonymize the requested personal data within 30 days, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
